Payment for your holiday at Sandcastle Cottage, Crail can be made by debit or credit card using our secure payment facility provided on-line by Paypoint.net.
We will send you a link to our payment page on receipt of your booking form.
A non-refundable part-payment of £100 must be made within 7 days of receipt of your booking form, otherwise your provisional booking will lapse.
Payment in full plus a £100 security deposit must be made no later than 6 weeks prior to commencement of your let. Failure to make payment on time may result in cancellation of your booking.
Once payment is made for your let, no refunds will be given in the event that you need to cancel and you may consider it prudent to take out holiday insurance to cover this eventuality.
Refund of your security deposit will be made by return to your debit/credit card within 7 days of the end of your let, less any necessary deductions to cover damage or breakage.
